Four Easy ways to Make Tart Cherries Part of Your Daily Training Routine

We all know there is never enough time in one day, so let’s take a look at some ways we can quickly incorporate tart cherries to help benefit those short 24 hours.

1. Drink the Juice: Drinking one 8-Ounce serving before and after your workout is equivalent to nearly 100 Montmorency cherries in each serving. Talk about packing a punch!

2. Red on the Run: On the go and need a quick and easy snack? Take some dried tart cherries in your bag or mix them in with almonds, pistachios, or walnuts to create a homemade trail mix- if you have a sweet tooth, throw in some dark chocolate!

3. Feeling Frozen?: If you prefer your meals in a frozen liquid form, then try a tart cherry smoothie with frozen cherries, Greek yogurt, and all your smoothie must-haves.

4. Straight Shots (of Cherry Concentrate that is!): Toss it back quick or add water if you are wanting to slowly sip and enjoy the taste of this great concentrate.
