No-Bake Cranberry Pistachio Energy Bites
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios chopped
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed optional
1. Mix oatmeal, dried cranberries, pistachios, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and flaxseed in large mixing bowl. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
2. Once chilled, scoop out and roll into 1-inch balls.
