Mind, Body, Spirit: Sleep Well

The San Diego Union Tribune reports that tart cherry juice is strongly recommended to individuals suffering from insomnia. Since tart cherries, like our Montmorency cherry, are naturally rich in melatonin, they can make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night. The Union Tribune recommends taking 1-2 Tablespoons an hour before bed for the best effect.
